We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition for most products. All return claims must be made within 60 days of original ship date. To place a return you must contact our Customer Service Department and get a return authorization by calling 1-800-765-6775. Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
